How to return items:

We hope that you will be happy with your healthy portion plate.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

Please send a note with your name and order number, or a copy of the original invoice.

Unfortunately the original p&p paid will not be refundable unless the item was damaged upon delivery.

We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as we cannot take responsibility for items that do not reach us.

A full refund will be issued within 7 working days of receipt.
